Client Agreement

  • Clients are entitled to a one hour no fee, no obligation consultation. This will help both parties to see if they can take off together.
  • The length of each session is 1 hour. At my discretion this may be extended if appropriate.
  • The client has a right at any time to terminate coaching, If 24 hours notice is not given however I reserve the right to charge a full session fee from the client, this includes a mid session termination.
  • You have the right at any time during coaching to ask why I am proceeding in a particular way, or using a specific technique. You also have the right to refuse to do anything I ask of you. This may include tasking between sessions, answering questions, collaborating in exercises within coaching.
  • I reserve the right to consult with colleagues about your case without using your name. (e.g. ongoing supervision). If I believe you are going to harm yourself, or others, I reserve the right to inform an appropriate professional. Your consent will be requested, and you will be informed on these occasions.
  • No guarantee can, or will be given as to the outcome of coaching.
  • You are entitled to bring a colleague to coaching sessions for support should you wish.

The above is to help coach and client mutually agree and negotiate well defined boundaries within the coaching relationship. The agreement provides suggested basic essentials; the free 1 hour consultation is used to help the client fill in any missing detail.
